My short time at the Zoo was one of the greatest experiences of my life
Many great mentors, a healthy balance of personality, amazing food, and of course being able to serve great dishes, the zoo taught me many of my foundational beliefs and skills which has lead to so much success in my career
Not only was I taught to create, I was taught to sell, I was taught customer service skills, and I was taught to enjoy my work
My goal was to master everything related to cooking, although my goals changed I can confidently say I mastered the routine there and propelled my career forward.

I was very young when I first joined the team at Ranahans, and through their great leadership, amazing food quality, and mentorship I was able to develop myself as a cook, while aiding in all aspects of the business
This was an amazing learning experience in my career as I had exposure to multiple different sides of the cooking industry and got to do so much in such little time
My goal was only to learn as much as possible and put my best effort forward
I can confidently say I accomplished that, and exceeded my own expectations when it came to food quality, being able to sell a dish, and different technical skills.
