  • Ensured compliance with AER regulations during day to day operations.
  • Monitored chemical levels, temperatures and pressures during production process.
  • Ensuring that all daily production numbers are entered in a timely manner and that all data is accurate such as yield and downtime. Cross referencing with scada and manually entering into production manager (prodman). Uploading up to 20 trucking tickets a day into prodman making sure that all cuts and disposal locations are accurate.
  • Keeping work areas clean, neat and organized for optimal productivity and worker safety.
  • Communicated with supervisors regarding any operational problems encountered during shift.
  • Operating both three stage reciprocating,screw type compressors and vapor recovery units. Scheduling routine maintenance and diagnosing problems that have occurred during process. Taking fluid life samples of compressor side and engine side and Ensuring all day tanks are full.
  • Flowing all well types from free flowing wells, gas lift, plunger lift, ESP and pump jack.
  • Monitoring SCADA and being able to trend and understand the data that is being relayed and problems that may occur such as hydrate issues/ instrumentation issues and liquid loading.
  • Maintaining all kinds of chemical pumps from Grayco, Epscan mini max, williams and text steam and be able to rebuild check valves for all pumps.
  • Lining up deliver of products such and chemical and oils to all main compressors sites.
  • Manually switching test to ensure that wells are being tested within AER requirements, understanding what wells need to be tested more often then others depending on production outputs.
  • Ensuring that all 3rd party workers invoices are signed in a timely manner and that all invoicing are coded properly.
  • Sending and receiving pigs using both conventional and argus style senders and receivers.
  • water injection/water flood using triplex pumps.
  • Extensive knowledge in group/test separators and all instrumentation and associated shut downs with facilities. Able to come onto a site and trace lines out and understand the use of the line and configuration.
  • Good knowledge of refridge train and dehydration systems to be able to sell spec gas to TCPL or Alliance.
