Zachary Heilman-Leganchuk

My position at W. Hunter Electric began as a third year electrician. Throughout my years there, I obtained my journeyman ticket in February of 2023 and embraced a role co-managing a commercial-residential job site. As such, my duties included the following:

• Install, maintain, and update electrical systems (including main distribution, lighting and power, and fire alarm systems)
• Adhering to proper safety protocols and procedures
• Assisted in training apprentice electricians, sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices for success in the trade.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications for determining wiring layouts
• Installed 120/208/240 volt systems and 347/600 volt systems.

• Worked under supervision of journeyman electrician to learn trade and develop electrical knowledge.
• Continuously expanded technical expertise by participating in ongoing training opportunities related to commercial electrical work practices.
• Completed complex electrical installations with precision and efficiency, meeting project deadlines consistently.
• Followed all safety procedures and guidelines to promote safety while working on electrical systems.
