Hotel Front Desk Agent / Front Desk Night Auditor
As a front desk trainee at Fortune Park Dahej, I embraced the opportunity to go above and beyond the usual trainee responsibilities. Due to a shortage of trainees, I took on additional tasks and embraced a hands‑on learning approach. This allowed me to develop a deep understanding of hotel operations and excel in various areas, including check‑in/check‑out procedures, reservation management, and guest communication. Furthermore, during my 4‑month tenure, I willingly took on night audit duties, working diligently during overnight shifts for approximately 1.5 months. This experience enhanced my problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle unexpected situations effectively. By adapting quickly to the demands of the role and consistently delivering high‑quality service, I demonstrated my versatility and commitment to exceeding expectations in a dynamic hospitality environment. Additionally, I actively collaborated with team members across various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintained a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
