This document quotes brief introduction of my internship experience in the firm named The Leading Solutions, Delhi. My internship took place at RG trade tower, Pithampur, Delhi in the time frame of 2nd February to 2nd April 2023. The main goal of my internship was to socializes with my client and generate sales for the organization. This organization worked with nationalized banks such as State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda Punjab National Bank and many more. My goal as in the core marketing team as an intern was to produce sales within the organization and I was specializing with the bank named Bank of Baroda. The main target was to pitch a certain portfolio named 'India First Life MahaJeevan Plus Plan' to the potential consumers who might convert into potential buyers, depending on the communication skills. During this period, I was successfully able to develop my skilled in the domain of marketing and sales. With the help of my mentors and my seniors me and my colleagues were able to achiever goals in the given time frame. This experience came along with many difficulties and targets to complete within a very short period. As I worked along with my teammates and colleagues through the program, I came across many complex ideas, techniques and marketing mix which helped me to achieve my goal. Furthermore, the report talks about the various departments and criteria which were essential for the sales and marketing in turns to carry out and produced potential consumers. The Marketing internships offered hands-on experience in developing strategies to promote the product offered by the 'Bank of Baroda'. Researching market trends and liaising with different departments help gain marketing insights and diversify skills. Sales guides helped me build my skills by teaching how to interact with clients, making presentations, and preparing proposals. Gaining experience in researching industry and executing sales plans adequately helped me develop sales and customer service skills.
