Description: SPOT is an AI-powered medical diary that analyzes skin blemishes, identifying potential skin cancers or diseases, offering an affordable and quick alternative to traditional evaluations

Role: Business Analysts, Project Manager, AI Developer

Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments:

  • Analyzed user needs and scoped project
  • Organized project meetings and supervised the development team
  • Achieved an accuracy rate of 81% for identifying 6 common types of skin diseases using MobelNet and 92% for classifying benign/malignant skin cancer using ResNet50
  • Delivered the project before the given timeline
