2. Accept, prioritize, and categorize change requests. Reject outright any change request that is completely out of scope or out of policy for Change Management

Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution while managing resources for the project. New offices acquired in time with computers and phones for the upcoming Headquarters personnel.
9. Project manager to establish video teleconferencing capability between detachments. Responsible for the planning, procurement of webcams and managing account applications for each sites. Manage resources for the project such as the creation of a virtual room on the video bridge in Ottawa. Headquarters is now able to conduct meetings via video conference with all sites.
1. Managed four different teams including Line, Helpdesk, Technicians and Cryptography.
2. Planned and advised on communication and information system policies, security procedures and processes.

5. Project Manager during floods operations in Calgary and Winnipeg; establishment of radio communication and data network. Planned personnel, equipment and schedule timeline. Controlled and communicated with the line section and technicians to deliver the communications to the organization. Radio and network connectivity were established for the unit to conduct day-to-day operations.
6. Project Manager for the installation of Video Teleconference and multimedia for the organization. Initiate requests for quotes to vendors for the purchase of a videoconference system and projectors needed to upgrade different rooms. Planned and managed the renovation of the main conference room in preparation of the installation of the VTC. Communicated IT requirements to base information system and base engineers to modify and addition of services. Monitored contractors during installations for a smooth execution. The VTC was installed in time and on budget prior the end of fiscal year as requested and the unit was able to decrease the cost of their travel.
7. Project Manager during the Winter Olympics in British Columbia; establishment of secure servers, network and computers between multi-site operations. Planned the deployment of server equipment to the sites (Whistler, Richmond, Cypress Hill, Chilliwack). Coordinated, scheduled and and trained teams configuring network switches, crypto equipment and server setup. Monitored network capabilities and server usage to best used bandwidth. The network was setup and operational on time which provided the Brigade Commander command and control over his units to conduct security tasks during the Olympics.
8. Project Manager for hardware lifecycle replacement. Coordinated with base IT to replace over 600 computers for the organazation. Established a schedule for all the upgrades and communicated the plan to the technician team to conduct the changes with the end users.
9. Project Manager for radio communication serviceability of the organization. Initiated monthly written orders to companies identifying dates, timing and equipment to be part of the radio "check" for the verification. Planned the radio frequencies for all the elements to conduct voice procedure training. Monitored and tasked personnel to fix issues while conducting the verification. Conducted after action meetings with all representant to identify broken equipment and how to increase unit radio communications capabilities.
