• Created database application for hotel booking system e-Hotels, providing integrated platform for 5 major hotel chains across North America to allow customers to review real-time room availability and use additional booking features

• Assumed role of back-end developer and SQL implementer, directing application’s technical infrastructure by populating database, defining data integrity constraints and generating SQL queries and triggers to facilitate CRUD operations while enhancing system functionality

• Developed and implemented server-side architecture, enabling seamless database communication and data processing capabilities

• Designed and translated ER diagram into functional relationship database schema, focusing design efforts on optimizing data storage and retrieval to maintain high standards of data integrity

• Constructed user-friendly interface for room searches and booking processes, incorporating features to support and characterize user roles such as customers and hotel employees
