In my role at a Chinese recruiting company specializing in hiring foreigners, I managed various human resources functions including selection, labor relations, and negotiations. At a major Chinese sales company with factories across China, I was hired to establish the first outsourced sales team and locate an office in Kyiv, Ukraine, as part of their expansion strategy. I supervised the sales staff to ensure their efficiency and compliance with export objectives, while designing sales strategies tailored to customer requirements. I collaborated with the sales manager to prepare budgets and project tasks, and actively sought out new customers while providing comprehensive support to existing clients. My role included conducting business negotiations and presentations, expanding and maintaining the client database, and managing customer relations during exhibitions.

As a supervisor at a building materials distribution company in Kyiv and the surrounding area, I was responsible for hiring and training new staff, and collecting information on both new and existing clients. I rehabilitated numerous old contracts that had been overlooked by previous staff and implemented significant innovations in our client database. I ensured we captured detailed client information, including birthdays and family details, to foster long-lasting business relationships. Additionally, I visited client offices and stores to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and remain loyal to our company, while overseeing and enhancing the performance of our sales representatives.
