Proven to excel in a supportive role, I significantly contributed to Kathleen McLennan's(the school principle) educational environment by enhancing student engagement and streamlining organizational processes. My expertise in collaborative learning and a patient, responsible approach have fostered inclusivity and efficiency across 10 international schools, notably improving graduation event management and teacher support systems. During my 11 years of working, I learnt a lot, and helped out so many teachers and so many school wide events, I am so proud that I can work in the school, i am coming to Canada for a diploma learning because I want to fulfill my career and apply for a better career.
