• Shop safety and tools

• Screened travelers using specific protocol and non-contact infrared thermometers.
• Performed regular cleaning and disinfecting of all areas used during screenings according to guidelines.
• Communicated with travelers from various countries to assist them.

• Offered cafe and lounge service to VIP customer at the department store.
• Took reservations and to-go orders to streamline process for both customer and cafe.
• Maintained cleanliness of restaurant, including tables, chairs and floors.
• Tracked inventory levels of food, beverage, and other necessary items.
