• Respond to customer requests & queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Answer initial inquiries, and respond to prospective new clients
• Identify client’s needs and collect pre-assessment for an initial consultation
• Client retainer agreement and document checklist development
• Work closely with RCIC and the team regarding the new client intake
• Work with clients to gather necessary information & documentation in a timely manner
• Provide clients with application status updates and conduct follow up on a regular basis with clients
• Respond to clients’ emails in a professional manner and timely manner Maintain CRM and database and ensure all information is up-to-date
• Liaison admissions process at local colleges and institutes
• Fill out immigration application forms
• To ensure the accuracy of the applications
• Draft submission letters or explanation letters for applicants
• Perform other related duties, as assigned
