As a personality who has a lot of empathy and consideration, I am especially passionate about caring for the weak and the elderly. I think the abundant experience and knowledge gained by interacting with many people have further strengthened qualifications as a CCA by devoting myself to education for a long time.
Above all, I quickly learned the convenient process there by mentoring and skill development placements, and I play the role of CCA, providing all residents and sometimes intimate, sometimes family-like, sometimes professional care. In particular, at some LTCs even interpreted for Chinese residents who do not speak English. Above all, I am a caregiver who can deeply trust and comfort clients, while also being able to lead a competent and harmonious atmosphere within the care team.
