Summary
I am a passionate and bright prospective student who currently studying a George brown college in the second semester of Hotel operation Management. I have been working in several workplaces that require a professional customer service mind and the actual knowledge to continue working in those workplaces back in South Korea. To learn profound knowledge and skills of the service industry and diverse multi-cultures, I decide to study in Canada.
Through the experiences of working in several service industries, I figured out that the way of conversation with other people has improved a lot, plus, I obtained the ability to know customers' needs immediately too. I contributed to sales in the stores to increase their takes and upsell products to customers.
By experiencing several workplaces, I got more confidence in connecting a bone relationships with other people or co-workers regardless of places and situations and communicate with others with finding the best solutions for the problems. These tiny strengths made myself a better person and it is still on going.
