I've been working in the restaurant industry in Winnipeg for just shy of 12 years, starting with Earls. I have also done internships in other restaurants, most recently in a 2 Michelin Star restaurant in Tokyo, in 2019. Recently I have started Fabled Table, a private dining and events business, curating special menus for clients.
My goal is to experience as much of the industry as I can. To diversify my knowledge in different cuisines, perspectives and positions, within our industry. I’m looking to take the next step as a bartender.
