Pole Conditioning: An all levels conditioning class, half the class is HIIT style, off the pole and the second half focuses on pole conditioning with modifications for levels suitable for beginner-advanced
Beginner/Intermediate and Pre-advanced: Pre-selected weekly moves from chair spin all the way to shoulder mount, ayesha and different splits
Heels Choreography: Substitute instructor for both beginner and advanced levels
