During the group research assignment, how tlf-1 and the ASE system control left-right neuronal identity in C. elegans. Our team encountered conflicting data from multiple sources, which made it difficult to reach a clear conclusion. I took the initiative to evaluate the credibility of each source, compare methodologies, and identify potential biases in the data. I then proposed a structured approach to categorize the information and prioritize the most reliable evidence. By questioning assumptions and encouraging the team to justify their interpretations, we refined our analysis and developed a well-supported final argument. This experience strengthened my ability to think critically, assess complex information, and contribute thoughtful solutions in a collaborative setting.

Together with two classmates, I initiated and independently delivered an English drama project, taking full responsibility for the entire process from planning to execution. In the early stage, I led the selection and adaptation of the script, clarifying the theme and target audience. During the rehearsal phase, I coordinated casting, auditions, and role assignments, and developed a structured rehearsal schedule and timeline. In the later stages, I oversaw stage movement, costume coordination, and overall performance logistics. Throughout the project, we operated without support from teachers or parents, relying instead on effective communication, clear task delegation, and proactive problem-solving to manage scheduling, coordination, and execution challenges. This experience demonstrates my strengths in project management, leadership, execution, and collaborative teamwork.
