- Based on quality management system of 6 Sigma, constructed overall quality management framework of project. Project delivery quality improved, and client satisfaction reached 91% (January 2023).
- Optimized Daimler EV system testing process, including EQC, EQE and EQS testing of ADAS, T-BOX, Navigation, E2E, OTA, V2X and Entertainment. Standardized project processes and reduced redundant links, and accelerated project progress (From 5 months to 4.5 or 4 months).
