I’m eager to take the next step in my Starbucks journey by growing into the role of a Supervisor. During my time as a Barista, I’ve developed a strong understanding of what it takes to create a welcoming and efficient store environment—from delivering consistent, high-quality customer service to supporting my team through busy moments with a positive and solutions-focused mindset.

What motivates me to pursue a leadership role is the opportunity to contribute more to the success of the team. I take pride in being dependable, calm under pressure, and someone others can turn to for support. I’m ready to take on more responsibility, including managing shifts, helping coach new partners, and ensuring our store runs smoothly day-to-day. I’ve had the privilege of working with great leaders, and I’m excited to bring that same level of support, encouragement, and accountability to my team as a Supervisor.
