I am an organized and dependable person, always manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Also willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. To seek and maintain full-time position and to accomplish in working with the team.
The first position was the transaction coordinator. Have to prepare the sales contracts and follow up all details till the transactions complete. Then I moved to the funding department. My job was to review all loan documents which are signed by borrowers, communicate with escrows and loan agents, release/wire the loan to escrow, and solve the investors' conditions till selling the loan to the investors. Due to my good performance, I got promoted to the assistant manager, in charge of providing reports, updating the information of funding guidelines and communicating across departments.
My jobs included tracking which software we used, how to calculate its royalty, and some other costs before launching. I need to prepare all 3rd party royalty reports and its analysis reports to our vendors and the following payments. My responsibility also included some administrative duties, such as assisting new system-SAP migration, organizing the contracts, documents filing and copying.
Wistorn was separated from Acer Incorporated as an independent company in August, 2000. And I was transferred to Wistorn who kept the same position at that moment.
It's the first job after I graduated. The major jobs included Account Payable, Petty Cash, Option, monthly closing, and Account Booking for several affiliate companies. I was a specialist before leaving it. During these 5 years, I learned how to control my temper well; I especially have to communicate with 3rd party vendors and external CPA sometimes. It's very important to make things go smoothly. I also learned some computer skills, such as Hyperion, Windows Office, and Triton.
