As a team leader, I manage the daily supervision of the interior design projects department
This includes supervising a team of designers and draftsmen and training ten technical staff members
Additionally, I assist the Project Manager and Technical Department by assessing technical drawings
To ensure that projects are completed promptly and compliant, I coordinate with all relevant staff members
This involves monitoring the projects' objectives, particularly regarding building code compliance
I also generate frequent site reports to facilitate effective communication among staff members and contractors.
