  • AFA Packaging Inc: Compact Intermittent Motion Autoload Cartoner, For packing 3M safety headphones., 05/01/19 - 06/30/19, The project was building an automated machine to open the box, slide the headphones in, close the box, stamp and seal., Our teammates were working on the factors to reduce manual assistance testing the logics and working it smoothly to ensure customer satisfaction., Result: The project was a success although we had some issues with the final dismantle of the machine, but after the shipping worked well, reinstallation and commissioning had less errors and no debugging required.
  • Aslan Technologies: RO Water Treatment Plant, 06/01/24 - 07/31/24, Laying and install the control panels and instrument system based on the process document such as P&ID, Control Philosophy, etc., Reviewed and approved the schematic drafts created by other designers., Programming and commissioning control system which include Siemens S7-300 PLC., Programming and commissioning WinCC station.
