• AFA Packaging Inc: Heavy-Duty Linear Servo Pack Autoload Cartoner, Running chocolate eggs at over 700 ppm., 03/01/18 - 04/30/18, Building Frames i.e. installing aluminum bars, machining them, fabrication for better satisfaction and look of the machines., Installing Doors, Pneumatic Controls like solenoid connections and building conveyors both manual and semiautomatic., Readjusting of heavy mechanical components with the ability to show hand dexterity and reducing tolerances for reducing sound and noise vibrations.
• AFA Packaging Inc: Compact Intermittent Motion Autoload Cartoner, For packing 3M safety headphones., 05/01/19 - 06/30/19, The project was building an automated machine to open the box, slide the headphones in, close the box, stamp and seal., Our teammates were working on the factors to reduce manual assistance testing the logics and working it smoothly to ensure customer satisfaction., Result: The project was a success although we had some issues with the final dismantle of the machine, but after the shipping worked well, reinstallation and commissioning had less errors and no debugging required.
• Aslan Technologies: RO Water Treatment Plant, 06/01/24 - 07/31/24, Laying and install the control panels and instrument system based on the process document such as P&ID, Control Philosophy, etc., Reviewed and approved the schematic drafts created by other designers., Programming and commissioning control system which include Siemens S7-300 PLC., Programming and commissioning WinCC station.
• Aslan Technologies: Liquid CO2 Production Line, 07/01/24 - 08/31/24, Design control and instrument system architecture and Instrument selection., Reviewed and approved the schematic, hook up and etc. drafts created by other designers., Supervision of the instrument and the control panels installation., Programming and commissioning PLC (MODICON/TELEMECANIQUE TWIDO)., Programming and commissioning monitoring station based on Citect.
