- Keep guests safe in the facility by preventing drowning incidents and treating injuries, providing first aid as required, alongside my team

- Assisting guests with any concerns or questions they have, as well as enforcing facility rules

- Instructing swimming lessons through the Lifesaving Program for preschoolers, kids, and adults, consisting of swimming and water-safety skills

- Responsible for signing day campers in and out of our programs, by communicating with parents and guardians, through checking their ID

- Worked directly with support workers to help lead sports programs for kids with autism
- Demonstrated active participation and the execution of skills and activities

- Assisted support workers with visual learning tools and goals that would best support their participant

- Provide positive behavior support and feedback with an engaging attitude through high fives and verbal encouragement
- Helped set up and take down equipment

- Help run various school activities, events, and trips throughout the year
- Events I have helped lead were the Grade 7 Orientation Afternoon, Grade 8 Camp, Grade 8 Parents Welcome Evening
- Was one of the leaders during the Grade 8 Camping Trip, and was responsible for my group of kids ensuring their safety and engagement, as well as their respect towards the camp staff
- Assisted the Grade 8 class during the first days in September, taking them to find their classes and helping them feel comfortable in a high school environment
