Performed routine maintenance on diesel engines, enhancing reliability and reducing downtime.
Replaced hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic oil reservoirs and more.
Performed periodic maintenance such as replacing oil filter, fuel filter, fuel-water separator, hydraulic filter, air filter and cabin air filter.
Replaced coolant hoses, coolant reservoirs,
Skilled in finding coolant leaks, pressure testing and pressure filling of coolant.
Repaired air brakes related issues.
Replaced park/service air lines, brake chambers, piggy backs, brake shoes, S-cam, S-cam tubes, slack ajdusters.
Able adjust brakes as per the highway act requirement.
Replaced driveshafts, u-joints, driveline related components such as hanger bearing.
Replaced loader buckets, bucket teeth, wafer brushes for sweepers and related components.
Work with enhanced safety and like to keep the shop, work area clean while working as well as after finishing the job.
Worked on CAT, john deer, volvo loaders, CAT excavators, bobcat track loaders etc.
Worked on highway tractors, commercial trailers, vacuum trucks, box trucks, flat deck trucks/trailers.
Performed annual safety inspection under senior mechanics guidance. Installed frame stands, jack stands with safety priority and removed tires, drums in order to inspect air-brakes, frame, air suspension and more.
Worked on electrical issues, chased wiring to find broken wires, repaired wiring, soldering and more.
Replaced starters, alternators, batteries, timing belts, clutch fans, radiators and more.
Worked on after treatment issues. Able to diagnose using diagnostic tools. Replaced O2, NOx , pressure sensors.
Worked on exhaust leaks. Replaced exhaust pipes, mufflers, exhaust clamps and related parts.
Able to order parts needed for the job and can keep record of repairs done on equipment.
