• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and make adjustment to meet customer needs
• Look after the continuous improvement of the department operations
• Establish and maintain relationships with all service providers
• Communicate with perspective clients understanding heir supply chain needs and build out proposal to meet their requirements
• Prepare performance & financial report

Negotiate the best rate with airline and trucker

• Coordinate pick up and delivery orders with trucking companies , airlines or bonded facility to process shipment in timely manner
• Monitor movement for special cargo( time sensitive, oversize ,DG)
• Secure freight rates, quoting ,booking, tracking, pickup& delivery, billing

• Manage customs compliance activities, avoiding penalties related to customs violations.
• Prepare B2 customs adjustment request
• Review import documentation to ensure all field completed and accurate

Prepare import & export shipping document

Regularly track and update shipment statuses

Communicate potential problems to production teams and recommending solutions
