For six years in a strict boarding school, with no outings, limited entertainment, and only a week of holidays each year, I learned perseverance and dedication. Living closely with seniors and juniors honed my communication and teamwork skills, leading to a national baseball championship and three participations at Koshien Stadium.
These experiences shaped my academic journey. As Career Executive of the Japanese Student Association, I organized an online event connecting 100 students with four companies, using my communication skills to reach Japanese associations across California. This success highlighted the value of cross-cultural communication.
My journey instilled perseverance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. I’m committed to applying these qualities in my future workplace as a dedicated team member and leader.
