My Daily Routine

1. Check Residents report from the night before.

2. Assign Caregivers to their specific work areas / duties.

3. Check which Residents have doctor's appointment for the day.

4. Administer medication through feeding individually.

5. Help with changing the Residents.

6. Assist an specific Resident with their catheter every morning.

7. Administer the second set of medication for the Residents.

8. Collaborating with the Healthcare team to evaluate the Resident's progress and inform the nurse of any changes in their treatment plans.

1. Provided compassionate care to residents, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout daily activities.

2. Assisted with personal hygiene tasks, maintaining health and safety standards for all individuals.

3. Monitored residents' health conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly and accurately.
