- Orientation: Recited manuals of Rules and Regulations, Leave Policies, FLSA, Security, Confidentiality of work and Employee Benefits.
- Conducted lessons pertaining to the course material while delivering dynamic presentations to facilitate learning and retention among the new hires.
- Provided one-on-one sessions to help individuals reach their full potential and understanding of the lessons.
Return To Duty Refresher Training - Seasonal Employees - duties:
- Refresh employees on changes made to the IRM (Internal Revenue Manual), Tax Law updates and change made to Schedules and Forms.
- Signed off on employee refresher training testing score in order to release employees from refresher training.
