• Conducted comprehensive inspections, structural audits, and field reviews for telecommunication and civil projects, showcasing proficiency in structural engineering for steel, concrete, masonry structures, and telecommunication/broadcast towers, adhering to industry standards and codes.

• Utilizing Quickpole for structural analysis of utility poles in urban environments. Ensured the safe and compliant installation of fiber optic cables on poles, meticulously adhering to safety standards.

• Provided assistance in project management for the implementation of major projects within the Public Works Department, worked with contractors, consultants and/or staff associated with the project
• Processed detailed cost estimates, progress payments and tracked projects budgets over 6 million
• Assisted in researching and accomplished technical reports including planning documents, on a variety of projects/issues for the Public Works Department
• Drafted construction drawings using Geomedia or Civil 3D software, prepared initial engineering design, co-ordination and monitoring of work for the Engineering Planning Superintendent and the Public Works Manager.

• Performed vibration testing, environmental monitor testing and concrete testing in the field, and assisted with drilling job on site for engineering department
