• Provide operational support for SIN EA, investigate in root cause and assist in resolution and reduction of incidents, includes 24/7 on-call support
• Oversaw 200+ servers (Win Server), Databases (Oracle), and File Shares for EA, ensuring 24/7 operations through vigilant maintenance
• Support on functional testing and rollout activities both locally and remotely cross site

• Perform comprehensive assessment for the deployment of MES / digitalization to a new 'greenfield' facility currently under construction

PI and Power BI Development Support

• Translated application storyboards, prototypes and requirements documents into functional applications.
• Responsible for pushing large alarm dataset from OSI PI into SQL database through Excel's PI datalink
• Developed connector in VBA and write script to run on schedule
• Extract transforms and load data from Microsoft SQL and developed Power BI monthly, yearly alarm reports for plant production users

On-Site Plant Traceability Support, China Ningbo

• Process data and facilitate in the development of tracking and reporting system of the traceability project
• Worked collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve technical roadblocks.
• Developed PI Vision visualization for process overview, monitor real-time temperature, power and current information of the line.
