UTAT AEAC Software 2022~2023

  • Implementing computer vision for QR code detection

UHN Rehab - Automation of Slip Detection for Ramp Lab - 2024~Ongoing

  • Volunteer at the Ramp Lab as a testing volunteer to understand the procedure and mechanism of testing
  • Explored different options(video labeling, QR code detection, machine intelligence, etc.) to achieve automation in slip detection
  • Designed a primitive automation program using QR code as proxy to represent location of shoes
  • Currently working on further improving the accuracy of QR code detection

Zebrafish's Recognition Ability Evaluation at Professor Qian Lin's Lab - 2022 ~ 2023

  • Built circuit with Arduino and programming Arduino to make desired experience apparatus. The Arduino was programmed to output constant 5V voltage when the key “1” is pushed on the keyboard,
  • Designed and built a corresponding circuit for the Arduino to enable manual control of a 3mA current with a slide switch.

SeaPU - 2024

  • Worked with five other teammates in four months to develop a prototype helping Indonesian seaweed farmers to detect environmental information in seaweed farm, thus helping them to maximize economical gain from aquaculture
  • Engaged in writing comprehensive documentations to fully record all meetings and justify all design decisions
  • In charge of researching all relevant information and provide authoritative sources of information to support team's work
  • Presented at the ESC204 Demo day with all team members
  • Applied to the Rowe Design Award and currently waiting for results

Item Combination Generator for Small Business - 2023

  • Worked with another teammate to implement Apriori with python to generate item combinations for sale as well as exploring "hidden" relationship among items purchased together
  • End up in Top 5 of the Daisy Intelligence Hackathon

Nurdle Collecting Machine - 2023

  • Worked with three other classmates to develop a machine to speed up nurdle collection through rigorous engineering design
  • Presented at 2023 Engsci ESC102 Showcase

Python-based AI Synonym Selection Question Answer Generator - 2022

  • Used python to develop an AI to answer synonym question appeared in TOFEL and SAT test.
