Participated in diverse audit projects covering manufacturing, real estate, funds and pensions sectors.

Engaged in an eight-month audit project within the real estate sector, involved in the entire process from planning to mid-year review and year-end audit. Played a key role in three crucial FSLIs (Financial Statement Line Items): long-term debt, derivatives and investment. Responsibilities included but were not limited to:

• Assisted in modeling and valuation: Communicated with clients to obtain necessary contract documents and conducted searches on Bloomberg to gather relevant information for selected samples. Collaborated with the valuation team to discuss models for each FSLI, verified the valuation memos and provided feedback for improvement.
• Completed testing: Supported the development of audit approaches and completed planning procedures. Conducted walkthrough tests to assess internal audit controls. Took responsibility for sending confirmations to third parties and diligently tracked their responses. Performed year-end substantive procedures, including verification and testing of financial statements and supporting disclosures.
• Team management: Organized regular coffee breaks to foster team cohesion, provided guidance and support to the Indian team through regular meetings.
