Years of teaching English have not only endowed me with excellent communication and expression skills but also significantly enhanced my English language proficiency.
Additionally, service as the former Director of International Division and Academic Supervisor at Beijing Cambridge High School provided me with extensive management experience and the ability to interact with others; it expanded my career and bolstered my confidence in life. These work and life experiences have shaped me into someone who is constantly learning, exploring my potential, and recognizing endless possibilities. Currently, I am studying Developmental Services Worker program at Fanshawe college in Canada, something I have always wanted to pursue but had not accomplished. in 2019, attempted to study Education with focus on Special Education at the University of Washington in the United States, but the outbreak of COVID-19 forced me to halt my studies and returned to Beijing, where I remained for five years. Now, as i diligently purse my studies, I am confident that upon graduation, i will utilize my professional knowlege and unique experience to serve the people I am delicated to.
As the Academic Supervisor, I am responsible for establishing the curriculum, teaching objectives, and materials for each grade level.
As the Director of the Division, I am in change of teacher recruitment, including the hiring and training of training of foreign teachers, enrollment planning, and communication with parents.

I am the mother of a child with autism. Although I haven't formally worked in specially education, the process of living with my son and observing his development has taught me hoe to accompany a child like him and how to grow together with him. these experiences should hold unique value and have a positive impact on my future work as a Developmental Service Worker (DSW)
