• Created a safe and inclusive training environment by ensuring the training court was spacious, hazard-free, and stocked with sufficient water and electrolyte drinks to prevent dehydration.

• Resolved a conflict between two 14-year-old athletes caused by tactical miscommunication during a 3v3 game, addressed the dispute promptly during a timeout, and encouraged them to apologize to each other to maintain team cohesion.

• Provided tailored feedback and improvement suggestions to 14 students in the 14 to 16-year-old training group based on their performance, while advising parents on how to support their children’s progress at home. • Managed a spat between a fourth grade boy with irritable anger disorder and a third grade introverted girl over the ownership of a toy, successfully disputed the conflict and made the boy who triggered the quarrel apologizing to the girl for his misstep.

• Took the initiative to provide adequate guidance and mentorship for 5 new volunteers, asked them to memorize the club’s procedures and responsibilities, successfully motivated them to get in touch with the children for their skills development and safety assurance in 2 weeks.

• Publicized the tradition Chinese spring festival in the club with 4 Chinese volunteers with the approval of the head manager, held and taught activities such as the paper-cutting, guessing lantern riddles, and making dumplings among 58 people including children, stuffs, and volunteers, which actively developed my leadership and team cohesion.
