Involved in data management, logistics and communications, providing operational support to the Canadian Red Cross and assisting in the coordination of public health-related initiatives, including the HELP program - lending people in the community the equipments they need.

• 11th Annual UBC Okanagan Interdisciplinary Student Health Conference

I assisted in the judging process by evaluating student presentations from a variety of health-related disciplines. I help co-ordinate presentations, ensure smooth transitions between presentations and provide support to assessors when required.

As Head of External Relations, coordinated and established partnerships with external organizations to secure sponsorship for student events and initiatives. I also enhanced the financial support of the Student Union during my tenure by developing and implementing strategies to attract potential sponsors.

During my volunteer service, I assisted the health department in collecting, collating and registering COVID-19 data. In addition, I provided daily living support to vulnerable groups such as the elderly and the disabled, helping them to access necessities, medical services and assistance.

Participated in mangrove restoration projects with the CSSA team by planting mangrove seedlings in designated protected areas.

• Aerodynamic design and assessment of a Wind Turbine

Worked with a team to design and evaluate the aerodynamic performance of wind turbines. Perform simulations using computational tools to assess lift, drag and power coefficients and optimise blade geometry for energy efficiency in line with sustainable development goals.
