During the time I was working at the Copper kettle restaurant I was responsible for supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of the staff who prepare, portion and serve food. My primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers. This includes timely attention to customers, seating, food and beverage delivery and ensuring prompt attention to customers by junior staff on site. I was preparing food order summaries to cooks according to requests from customers, maintain records of stock, sales and wastages, supervises the junior staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
I was also ensured that food and customer service meet quality control standards and ensures staff have full product knowledge.
