Accomplishments

  • Developed guidelines as well as new company policies for expense reporting to help enable employees to succeed under a new structure. Worked closely with the Chief Operating Officer and President to implement these new procedures. With a fast-growing number of company cards and employees, we wanted to make sure that we were holding our people accountable and redirecting saved time to updating our internal system that tracks all contracts, waivers, pay rates, etc. for all clients. Once this new system was implemented the company began receiving 90% of all expense reports within 1 months’ time as opposed to the 3-6 months it was taking to have all reports submitted for just 1 month. This also helped the company catch thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges.
  • Created a training guide for new Concur users to reference when expense reporting.
  • Helped organize multiple high profile client events alongside our lead medic and oversee anywhere from 2-4 medics who were doing covid testing for upwards of 50 people.
  • Successfully implemented New Hire Orientation significantly reducing the high turnover rate at Treston Security.
