Contributed significantly to the success of Blackhawk Golf Club, Edmonton's premier golf facility and a top-ranked course in Canada, during seasonal roles with the member services team. Progressing from an entry level position to a supervisor role in my first year, I played a pivotal role in greeting and engaging members, ensuring meticulous preparation of golf clubs and carts, maintaining clubhouse areas, and organizing tournaments. Notably, this experience honed my interpersonal skills, allowing me to foster meaningful connections with a diverse range of club members.

Contributed to CBRE, a global commercial real estate brokerage, during the initial summer of the COVID-19 pandemic. Opted to continue working instead of collecting CERB, showcasing dedication and work ethic. Played a crucial role in updating CBRE's properties database, involving thorough analysis of listing documents, communication with other brokerages, and gathering essential details such as square footage, ceiling heights, zoning, lease/sale rates, and other building characteristics. Additionally, demonstrated proficiency by photographing and cataloging over 800 properties in and around Edmonton for database enhancement.

Served as a key team member at Ascot Properties, a prominent property management company based in Edmonton, Alberta, overseeing two high-rise buildings and seven walk-up apartments in downtown Edmonton. In the capacity of a building manager for five walk-up properties, I assumed responsibility for the cleaning and maintenance of these residences, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring a high standard of living. My role required acute problem-solving skills to promptly address tenant concerns, ensuring a seamless living experience. This experience enhanced my organizational and multitasking abilities, equipping me with the skills to manage diverse tasks efficiently and uphold high living standards for residents.

Played an integral role at R3, a distinguished demolition and abatement company in Edmonton, Alberta, specializing in the reconstruction of commercial properties. Instrumental in preparing properties for redevelopment, I adeptly removed outdated materials and ensured the safe disposal of hazardous waste, including asbestos and lead paint. Over two summers, my role evolved from a laborer to assuming additional responsibilities, such as filling out safety reports and maintaining impeccable job site cleanliness and order. Tasked with significant assignments, I actively participated in the renovation projects for the downtown Edmonton Public Library and Ross Shepherd High School, underscoring my commitment to precision and excellence in high-profile ventures.
