- Perform routine quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing services and products.

- Look through plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the designed requirements of products.

- Measure product dimensions, examine the functionality of products, and compare the final products to see if standards are met.

- Document inspection findings and complete detailed reports and performance records.

- Educate the production team on quality control processes, concerns, and standards of product quality.

- Maintain a healthy and safe woking environment.

- Recommend product improvements and changes to the production processes to improve quality.

- Coordinate and supervise the activities of production and operation workers such as assemblers.

- Ensure that production schedules are created and completed on time and safely.

- Fabricate and assemble of piece parts as per schematic under a supervision of a supervisor.

- Proficient with small hand and power tools such as wrenches and drills.

- Familiarize self and request training concerning new small handheld equipment.

- Familiarize self with new project and duties.

- Organize and clean department, particularly at the end of each work day.

- Notify the team lead or supervisor of any unsafe conditions, practices, or procedures observed.
