Introduction
I have worked at several part-time and full time jobs, and at each one I have worked hard and have excelled. I am an extremely hard worker and I contribute to the workplace as much as I can every day with my problem solving, communication skills, time management abilities and independent work abilities, as well as team oriented methods and focus when I recognize it is needed. I have worked on several teams for different companies that have all taught me how to manage my time, tasks, customers, safety, deadlines, machinery and equipment, and other responsibilities that come along with any job. I believe that these skills, along with my problem solving abilities and my abilities in orchestrating teamwork could largely contribute to this team. I learned, for example, from my time at McDonalds that some tasks are easiest and most efficient when broken up across a team; however, I learned from working at Pure Metal Galvanizing Factory in Brantford that some jobs are most efficient when handled by small independent teams with their own set of goals. I have had to meet deadlines and quotas, I have had to learn on the job, and I have adapted to different positions everywhere I have gone. I value efficiency, accountability, safety, and hard work - and I really hope that your company recognizes that and allows me the opportunity to show you how well I can fit into your team.
