• Led and directed battle drills, mass convoys, and the maintenance of platoon vehicles .
• Ensured full and accurate accountability for all 31 personnel and equipment each training day and developed squad leadership.
• Created long and short range training calendars while advising company leadership on troop readiness and deployment goals.

• Responsible for upwards of $100,000 of dollars of equipment, directly reporting to a Lieutenant Colonel.
• Created and managed extensive supply and transportation rosters for field training exercises.
• Orchestrated distribution of water, food, ammo, and equipment to 100+ cadets in field environments.
