  • Worked closely with Account managers to acquire new jobs. I had the entire Honda, Kia and Hyundai Platform
  • Provides support to the Plasman Sales function by presenting the technical capabilities
    and process capabilities to current or future customers. This includes, but is not limited to
    maintaining an updated Open Issues List, conducting or being involved in feasibility studies,
    Design Requirements and Specifications, Bills of Material, DFMEA, DVP&R, etc.
  • Worked with Honda to roll out new resins for Spoilers on 23 CRV program
  • Review technical data, drawings, specifications, and performance requirements pertaining to
    the design, build and manufacturing of product to ensure it meets customer requirements.
  • Interface with Plasman manufacturing plants to review and resolve design and manufacturing issues prior to program award.
  • Review of GD&T and tolerance schemes for all new programs where required.
  • Review and assist in development of DVP&R documentation to ensure that all customer
    testing requirements as well as ongoing testing and validation are completed and in conformance to customer specifications.
