William is currently employed with Shimmick Construction and has been in pursue of job bids such as OCSD Bay Bridge Pump Station Replacement Project in Newport Beach, EMWD Digester Gas Removal Project for Perris Valley, and NoHo to Pasadena Bus Rapid Transit Project for LA Metro. William has been in the construction industry now for about 6 years and has already taken on challenging roles such as Care & Maintenance Clerk, Turnover/Start Up Clerk, Estimating and Mechanical Field Engineer. William started his career with Kiewit Power Constructors as being responsible for the Care and Maintenance of all Rotating Equipment for the Alamitos AES Power Plant project and closed out the project in 2020 as part of the Turnover/Start Up team for Substantial and Final Completion. William then moved on to the Estimating role for Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. by helping the company win projects such as P1-105 for the OCSD, Forth Track in Long Beach, Calleguas Interconnection for the Las Virgenes MWD, LA County Public Works Los Altos Rehab Project and North City Expansion/EQ projects for San Diego, CA. William then moved on to being a mechanical Field Engineer for the North City Pure Water Expansion Project for San Diego, assisting with all installation of mechanical equipment, procurement, and creating work plans for the crews to build the work on time, efficient and make money.
