Versatile clinical engineer with a proven track record at UCSF Radiology, adept in high vacuum systems with a long history in customer service. Excelled in protocol optimization for enhanced user success and led teams in high-stakes environments, demonstrating a keen ability to learn and adapt. Specialized in picking up new maintenance techniques for a wide variety of equipment.
As a clinical engineer I handle most of the lab operations. The lab is a high field pre-clinical NMR facility with a focus on Hyperpolarized d-DNP. My main tasks are the maintenance, repair, and user training of our lab equipment which includes Bruker MRI's, Varian NMR's, and Hyperpolarizers from various companies. I specialize in the maintenance of high vacuum systems and cryogenics. Aside from that, I also handle user relationships as my lab is a core facility. This includes optimizing protocols for customer success.
As a preload manager my main job was to handle the staff scheduling to run the morning shift of a shipping warehouse. This includes training handlers to unload and sort roughly 11,000 packages per day set for delivery in part of the Bay Area. Aside from handling the warehouse operations my responsibilities also included dealing with corporate accounts to meet customer needs.
As an assistant service manager I was a front facing member of the customer service team. I would help assess customer needs and lead a team of technicians to handle repairs on various vehicle brands. Following up with customers and making sure needs were met was the top priority. Aside from customer service my job also included maintaining factory repair qualifications and dealing with insurance companies.
