Duties Performed

  • Consult directly with developers and/or marketing companies regarding project direction, target audience, strategy, pricing, sales targets, and marketing budgets.
  • Maintain various types of databases (mainly Intersoft) and send daily and weekly reports regarding online registrations, daily traffic to Presentation Centres, top prospects, current offers, and firm sales.
  • Work closely with digital design teams to ensure marketing is consistent, accurate, and specific for target audience.
  • Advise on media direction and current trends. Insuring digital marketing, print advertising, signage, and brochures are consistent and brand recognizable.
  • Ensure signage is adequate, consistent, easy to follow, eye catching, and accurate.
  • Work closely with interior designers to ensure furniture and staging appeals to target audience and current trends.
  • Organize cleaning staff and incorporate the idea that the responsibility of immaculate presentation is “everyone’s” role.
  • Build solid relationships and be aware of current trends with financiers, appraisers, and realtors.
