1. Scanned the right part, sticked the label on the part being scan, inspected the parts with any defects and rejects according to the company standard quality.

2. Checked the inside components of the bumper with correct options installed with correct harnesses, sensors, all brackets must have the clips and rivets. Ensured all the number of clips and rivets are the required, number of screw being installed, the harnesses was properly connected to the sensors, make sure the line workers installed the right upper grille, the lower grille and the correct one because there so many kinds of upper and lower grille. Ensured the correct skid plate and color being installed. Ensured the parts with camera was installed properly with all the screws. Make sure the fascia had all the numbers of clips and the rivets required and in proper position. Ensured the label on the parts had the correct colors, all the needed options are all installed properly.

Mark the label if everything was good. Rejected the parts with wrong options installed and report to the supervisor for rework.

3. Checked the outside parts of the parts and ensured theres no light paint, dark or any defects I can find ,ensured the sensors has the correct colors, the fog lights are working and the park sensor. Make sure to test the part on the machine and stuck the passed label on the parts.

4. Ensured the assembled parts had bumpers, push pins, AGS, with the numbers required on the parts. Ensured they are properly installed. The fully assembled bumpers had no defects and ensured they have the correct head lights because there are many kinds of head lights and ensured they are all same from driver side to passenger side. If found any issues i make sure i put the red tags and communicate to our team lead or supervisor.
