singing, reading, volunteering

I have developed a habit of singing over the course of my life as a way of coping with the stressors of life. As such I am a active member of my church choir, I sing to my cousin who was diagnosed with autism to calm him in crisis situations and it works every single time, singing while gently stroking his hands gives him a feeling of safety which see causes him to lay still in my arms. Volunteering is my way of giving back to the community, helping to put a smile on the face of the vulnerable members of my community gives me a feeling of fulfillment, its like finding peace in knowing I  along with my teammates have made a positive impression in someone else's life.
