I am Wenfei Gong, an Honors Bachelor of Social Sciences in Economics from the University of Ottawa and a recent Master of Arts in Economics graduate from McGill University. With expertise in data analysis using R, Stata, and Matlab, I have a strong foundation in econometrics. I led a project on excess mortality and homelessness among Status Indians in Canada and conducted a Master's thesis on the impact of U.S. economic sanctions on the resilience of sanctioned countries, using various econometric models. I welcomed over 3,000 freshmen to the University of Ottawa and volunteered with the Nanchang Red Cross Society.
