  • Leading the project from June 2021 as the project partner among EY China, RSM (Germany), and Ficon-Tech. Achieved full completion of the PRC package report, with 80 worksheets, to advance the official review process by EY China.
  • Deeply involved in the discussion of the IFRS principle, and implemented the principle with the full set of package reports, converting from German GAAP to IFRS GAAP.
  • Defined the principle of sales revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and completed the process of auditing 70% of the sales revenue book for the year 2019 and year 2020 package.
  • Defined and completed the process of inventory adjustment from FIFO to the weighted average method. The inventory adjustment is over 10 million euros, with 800 part numbers.
  • Built the process of verification of the worked detail of overhead rate of 38% based on the production cost account for the final profit margin analysis report issued by EY China. Due to the complexity of the content, the working result was not defined by EY China.
  • Deeply involved in the construction process of the A/R and sales revenue book of the U.S. operation. Completed the book rebuild of the year 2019 and 2020. But it failed to be audited by EY China.
  • Leading the collaboration between EY China, RSM, and the Ficon-Tech accounting team. The communication efficiency rate was increased by 100% from the weekly communication meeting.
  • The overall audit review process completed the part of bank reconciliation, sales revenue, expense accounts, A/R and A/P confirmation letter preparation, and fixed assets and inventory physical count two times.

The system officially started the operation in the business cycle from the year 2018. Achieved cost savings of over $100K, and operational efficiency increased by 100% compared to manual work transactions.
  • Inventory gain adjustment of approximately USD 1M for the error process of the start-up stage of the company. Achieved the final physical count audit review by BDO, China.
