- Triaging referrals from Hepatology CAT to bring into clinic. Determining urgency of referral to effectively redirect patients to appropriate waitlists once workup is complete
- Provide all aspects of case management for patients and their families living with metabolic steatotic liver disease from simple steatosis to liver cirrhosis
- Built up patient base from 0 to approximately 60 per month
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive, safe, family centered care for patients
- Control efficient operations of the clinic through high level critical thinking, quick decision making and clear communication
- Provide group education workshops both virtually and in person to patients and families living with MASLD
